INCLUSIONS

Accommodation in the listed hotels or similar as per the availability.
Daily buffet / fixed menu breakfast at all days and all hotels. No breakfast on day 01.
To and fro airport transfers by AC Vehicle.
All major sightseeing’s by AC Vehicle as per the itinerary.
All toll taxes, parking charges and driver allowances.
All applicable taxes i.e. hotel and transportation taxes. Except GST.

EXCLUSIONS

GST above the total billing.
Cost of Air / Train / Bus fare other than specified. Your price starts Ex-hub.
Meals other than specified.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests. Such additional costs are also applicable for usage of vehicle and guide beyond the specified time or normal working hours as mentioned above.
Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Anything which is not listed under the column “Package Cost Includes”.
Cost for RT-PCR / Antigen test.
Surcharge for Long Weekends, Festive Season, Christmas and New Year, Gala dinner charges for Christmas and New Year eve.

Within 45 to 30 days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost or Non Refundable component whichever is higher
Within 30 days prior to the departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost

In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.
**For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component to be collected before issuance,else price will be subject to change.
